Careers at Kada
Join the Team
A small house. Long apprenticeships. Hospitality understood as a discipline.
Institutional Vision
Architects of the Extraordinary.
Kada Travel is a young house, run by hands trained for a generation. Founded in 2023 by two industry veterans who, between them, carry four decades of practice in Peruvian luxury hospitality, the studio was built smaller than the market would have permitted — by design — so that each journey could receive the attention only an atelier can give.
Those who join our house become custodians of that principle. The work is meticulous: hours of research behind a single dawn ceremony, a network of friendships maintained over generations, a vocabulary refined enough to translate one civilization to another.
We are not in the business of itineraries. We are in the business of trust.
Selection Criteria
The Candidate's Profile.
We look for people who treat hospitality as a form of attention, not a script. The candidates who endure at Kada share a quiet temperament: unhurried, deeply observant, and trained — formally or by life — in at least one domain that gives them a way of reading place.
A background in luxury hospitality, archaeology, gastronomy, art history, or expedition guiding is welcome. Fluency in English is required; Quechua, French, or Portuguese are valued.
More than any résumé, we listen for evidence that a candidate has spent years learning to listen — to a client, to a landscape, to a tradition. Those are the people who become indispensable here.
Current Opportunities
Open Positions
Positions at Kada are limited and considered. When we open a search, we publish it here, and we read every application personally. We do not maintain a generic talent pool — we hire against specific gaps in the house.
